How To Create an Anti-Stress Spa Bath At-Home

Lydia Sarfati shares how she de-stressed after work everyday with her detoxifying at-home spa bath routine!     So, the first thing I would do is put a scoop of sea salts in my bath tub, then I would add a wonderful, energizing Seaweed Bath, that each and every time brought me into thinking I was now swimming in the ocean, and reviving my energy, relieving my stress with the aromatic warm water, oh I can just imagine! I wish I could jump into this bowl of water right now!   So while I was relaxing with my Seaweed Bath I would put Eye Rescue Padson, even if it was just for 10 minutes it was such a fantastic experience. While the Eye Rescue Pads were on I had my quick Biolight Brightening Miracle Mask or any mask that I was using currently. Then, after the bath I would take a quick, cool shower, dress in some nice flowy and relaxing clothing, put on serum and I was able to flow into the living room being very happy and very cheerful and being able to attend to my family, but without stress!   So, I hope you will take my anti-stress routine, no matter what age you are, whether you are 30 or 60.
